Educational Support
We believe that education has the utmost potential to break the cycle of poverty, ignorance and unemployment. It is a powerful tool with which we can achieve our goals. Rural Uttar Pradesh where we are mainly focusing is the home to backward, marginalized poor tribal communities. Most children here come from weaker economic backgrounds and are unable to sustain their educational journey. To help these children, we are providing financial support in their education and making free study kits available including pencils, erasers, pens, books, notebooks etc. Our mission is to make basic education accessible for these children, to ensure that no child is left behind and empower these young minds, and pave the way for a brighter future.
Free Cancer & Health Screening Camp in Ghazipur
Sevaarth Cancer Sanstha organized a Free Community Health and Cancer Screening Camp in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, with the aim of promoting early detection and spreading awareness about serious diseases among rural communities.
The camp provided essential healthcare services including breast cancer screening through thermal screening, free blood sugar and diabetes testing, general physician consultation, and guidance on cancer prevention and early detection.
The medical camp was conducted under the expert guidance of Dr. Swapnil Patel (Onco Surgeon, trained at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai), along with a consulting physician who provided general health check-ups and patient counseling.
More than 100 patients were screened during the camp, with significant participation from women for breast cancer awareness. Several high-risk individuals were identified and referred for further medical evaluation.
Through such initiatives, Sevaarth Cancer Sanstha continues its commitment to making healthcare accessible to underserved communities and promoting awareness about early cancer detection.
Financial Support to Cancer Fighters
Sevaarthh Cancer Sanstha is dedicated to aiding cancer patients residing in marginalized and underserved communities. We offer financial assistance to those diagnosed with cancer symptoms, covering their treatment, and additional medical expenses. Our trust was established with a commitment to alleviate the challenges faced by cancer patients. We provide comprehensive support, including financial aid, physical assistance, and emotional encouragement.
In addition to the cancer patients, we also financially support patients surviving with kidney diseases. We stand by these fighters throughout their journey, from detection to treatment, aiming to make a significant impact on their lives.
After Treatment Support
In addition to covering treatment costs, we offer comprehensive post-treatment services to every patient. Our dedicated volunteers closely monitor each patient’s progress, ensuring they adhere to their treatment plan and follow doctors’ advice. We maintain detailed patient records and utilize telemedicine to deliver medications to those in remote areas. Our overarching goal is to provide continuous support to patients during their recovery journey, guaranteeing they receive the essential care and medication needed for a healthy future.
Women Empowerment
Women are the pillars of the foundation of society. But in marginalized areas, they often face gender discrimination, domestic violence, and abuse. To address this, we prioritize raising awareness about women’s rights and empowering them to speak out against mistreatment. Our focus includes providing vocational training to equip women with skills for financial independence, enabling them to support their families. Through these initiatives, we aim to break the cycle of poverty, unemployment, and social issues, fostering a brighter, more equitable future free from gender discrimination.
